Hi! I'm Amy.
I love creating. I believe that it is innate that humans create. Whether to help themselves, others, for others to understand them, humans have always created. I have created art in a physical sense with painting and drawing, I also write and create music. I also love consuming other people's creations. Diving into other perspectives fascinates me, whether it be visual, auditory, anything. I've found that the correct media consumption has allowed me to grow so much as a person.

More about me personally, is that I go to a high school in the Puget Sound, I love reading and baking, learning about and working on automotives, and creating all types of art (as previously said). I paint, draw, make music, write, and also report for my high school's journalism publication. (Check it out at cougarchronicle.org!)

Being a part of The Cougar Chronicle has given me so many opportunities to dive into the community around me. As a result, being a reporter for the publication has inspired me to make this blog, focusing on intangible aspects of everyday items. I view this blog as my little experiment, so as a perfectionist, I'm allowing it to be imperfect and unserious. Unlike the rest of my writing, here, I'm allowing myself to write in my voice, so bear with me as I navigate this new realm of writing.
